- As this product is steel/cast iron the surface will age/corrode over time once it is exposed to natural elements. This is to be expected and does not constitute an appliance fault. We recommend using a cover to slow down any corrosion.
Note: The fire bowl is delivered without a rusted surface. However, this will develop on its own over a period of 4-5 months, depending on the weather conditions and location. For faster results, the element can be treated with a rust accelerator.
