Depending on the type of fire pit we offer hanging or holder fixed bbq grill grates in 2 sizes. The grilling height is easy to adjust, with 6 different height positions available on the fire pit mounts.

The Summr firepit comes with a free carry bag to allow you to transport your firepit out with you or to store away during winter & when not in use.
The steel is purposely non powder coated to patina naturally and look beautiful when exposed to the outdoor elements. Over time the firepit will change with its own distressed attitude, from a dark steel colour to a rich orange then slowly to autumn golden colouring as it reaches its final patina stage. This patina process can be speed up or slowed down if you wish.
To encourage the patina on your SUMMR firepitIf your firepit has been used, apply a degreaser to remove all dirt, grime, and oil. Spray the metal with a white vinegar. This removes any patina and will return your firepit to its original raw steel color. Evenly spray the firepit pieces on both sides with a mix of vinegar, salt, and hydrogen peroxide. The metal will react, and turn to a rich gold brown in a matter of hours.
To slow the patina on your SUMMR Firepit Disassemble your firepit. If your SUMMR firepit has been used, apply a degreaser to remove all dirt, grime, and oil. Spray the metal with a white vinegar to remove any patina and return your firepit to its original raw steel color. Buff the metal with linseed oil or an alkyd resin.
Proper storage Disassemble your firepit and once cool and dry store flat in carry bag in a dry area.
