Cylindrical planters for your garden, outdoor spaces and landscaping projects.
These bottomless planters are designed specifically to be placed on flat wooden and concrete surfaces or on grass, soft ground, and within existing flower beds.
Planters are used to:
• create a feature of several planters at varying heights and widths,
• add levels to existing flower beds
• create circular edging around your lawn for a flower bed, shrub, or tree
• use as raised beds for vegetable growing
• create a standalone feature of a single planter with a tree/ plant that you want elevating in your garden
• create ponds or water features in your garden.
The bottomless design allows for the plants to take root to the soil underneath the planter. This will prevent plants becoming "pot bound" and provides plants access to moisture and nutrients from the soil beneath to make for a much healthier plant. You can even drill holes in the planter to feed in your irrigation system to hide it away from sight.

The planter is made from heavy duty British steel, and over time will develop a natural, and beautiful unique orange patina similar to Corten steel. Unlike wooden planters, it is maintenance free, so no sanding and re-painting every year! The older the planter gets, the more beautiful it becomes. Unlike plastic alternatives, this steel cylindrical planter won't break when hit with garden maintenance tools, it will stand the test of time in all conditions.
The steel is rolled using pinpoint accurate rollers so the ends meet perfectly then it is welded together, on the inside with a full seam weld for maximum strength.

The planter can take up to 6 months to develop a full orange patina finish. Where possible we have started this process for you, planters could be delivered in various stages of the weathering process from new steel to full patina. All planters will develop a unique patina depending on various factors including: humidity, wind, amount and type of precipitation, and proximity to sea water.
Due to the natural weather process as the natural patina develops, the "run off" from rainwater and watering may stain the surface the planter is placed upon. This a higher risk during the 1st 6 months of weathering.
